Black IPA's or Cascadian Dark Ales use dark malts in the brewing process than their lighter IPA cousins giving a beer with plenty of the roasted chocolate and coffee flavour profiles often present in Porters and Stouts but with bag loads of hops! We love this style and you probably will too.
