"Pull the Night is a Brettanomyces assisted Porter. This beer was brewed with a simple mix of roasted and biscuit malts. It started life as a no frills Porter with chocolate malt flavours and red berry top notes from the traditional English hops. We then carried out a 6 month secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces yeast. The beer is now showing tropical fruit aroma as well as subtle sweet spice and savoury goodness. Bottle conditioned for maximum naughtiness ~ ready to drink now but will develop further in the bottle!"
