Tim Anderson: Noodle Making Masterclass - Monday 9th October - Ghost Whale Brixton

Long time friend of Ghost Whale, beer fanatic and chef, Tim Anderson used his 2011 Masterchef title to to set up the award winning restaurant Nanban in Brixton. His time at Nanban and love of great beer lead to several wonderful nights of Ghost Whale collaborative at both Nanban and our Brixton store. Tim is the author or several great cookbooks promoting the food of Japan and makes no bones (pun intended) about his obsession with ramen. His new book 'Ramen Forever' is released at the end of September and to celebrate, Tim is coming back to Ghost Whale for a night of noodles! 

On Monday 9th October 2023, Tim will be hosting a Noodle Making Masterclass at our Brixton store. Naturally we'll keep you lubricated with beer whilst Tim shows you how to make your own fresh noodles which you'll take home at the end of the event in a goodie bag along with a couple of high quality ingredients that are vital for great ramen and, of course, a beer from us. 

Tim's latest cookbook 'Ramen Forever' will also be available to buy on the night at a very friendly price.

Tim will be showing you how to make egg noodles so this event is not suitable for vegans.

DETAILS: In addition to learing how to make your own noodles from Tim, your ticket includes two draft beers from us to lubricate your noodle making experience and a goodie bag containing a couple of essential premium quality ingredients to make great ramen at home. And of course there'll be a beer to accompany you home.
