We are hugely excited to be hosting Smoke & Salt at Ghost Whale for an exclusive food & beer pairing evening. Smoke & Salt focus upon modern small plates created using British ingredients and the ancient techniques of smoking, curing and preserving.
Chefs Aaron Webster and Remi Williams have, between them, previous worked at The Shed Notting Hill, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Michelin-starred The Latymer in Surrey.
4 incredible dishes from Remi and Aaron will be served, expertly paired with 4 beautiful beers from Ghost Whale.
