"Brewed with our pals from Oddity over in Spain, who are known for their soft-spoken hoppy beers. Together we decided to go hop forward with a DDH IPA, using 18g/litre. Smooth, refreshing and full of tropical flavours. Starting off with a grist of wheat and barley to create a soft and luscious body to showcase the combination of New Zealand and US hops. There's a punch of grapefruit, sweet mango and lime on the first sip, from Waimea and Citra hops. Finishing with a little Simcoe and Kohatu, bringing a satisfying freshly crushed pine needle and waxy lime."
