"Mixed Fermentation Golden Sour
Brewed with locally grown malted barley, wheat and rolled oats. Primary fermented with a mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers. The third iteration of this beer is aged for four months and packaged completely unfruited and unhopped to showcase the mixed fermentation yeast character in full. We get pineapple, orange juice, stone fruits and zesty citrus notes, and a subtle funk that will develop over time."
