If you’re going to put fruit in a beer, there’s no better fruit to use than mango. At least that’s what Magnus here at Dugges Bryggeri says. So, when there was time for another Dugges and Stillwater Artisanal collaboration, Magnus posed the idea of a mango beer to Brian, the guy behind the brand.
Turned out Brian had the same idea about mango and beer as Magnus. So, we set out to collaborate on a mango solo!
To make it a sour was a no-brainer. We have nothing but love for our sour collaborations, and we want to forever continue exploring that. This time we did it with mango flavor from two types of mango fruit and from Mosaic™ hops. Mango, mango, mango!"
