Small Pale Ales were a regular feature of our first year as a commercial brewery, and we unanimously agreed to revive this dormant style from our Originals range that we loved so much. A pale ale that is bringing absolutely no funny business along with it – a reeled back 25kg dry hop bill of Azacca and Mosaic bring a whole host of those typical Polly’s juice notes to the party, but at a mega crushable 3.5%; perfect for smashing pints of with pals whilst sharing good times. Expect the usual – clean notes of lemon, pine and grapefruit backed up with super juicy mango, candied oranges, and stone fruits."Polly's Brew Co are a craft brewery from Mold in North Wales.
