A double mash featuring 7 different malts with them aim to produce a base beer that was light on roast character but heavy on the mid range with lots of biscuit, caramel and milk chocolate notes. Only bittered enough to prevent it from being cloying and then loaded with cacao nibs, caramel and salt for a luscious beer that is a sipper."
