This light yellow, bottom-fermented beer has a compact white foam and a slight cloudiness. Citrus and herbal hop aromas are recognizable in the smell. The hoppy aftertaste takes over with this beer and leaves a characteristically dry, tart impression on the tongue. The Giesinger Biermanufaktur was founded in Munich-Untergiesing in 2006 and is dedicated to the production of special and unusual beer specialties."
