"Our sixth release with LeiMai. Sour. Sweet. (Almost) Gone. We've headed across the Pond for our candy inspiration this time, as we set about recreating a North American classic sweet. The result is Sour Patch Garys. We’ve used classic flavours of raspberry, orange, lime and lemon, over a Pale Ale base hopped with Mosaic. The result is a pink smoothie style Fruited Pale Ale, with tangy fruit flavour sharp sourness and a bag of sweets aroma."
