"Skogsbær is our classic gose style beer with the addition of several fruits native to Norway. A light base of pilsner malt and flaked wheat underwent a transformative lactic fermentation before the addition of raspberries, blackberries and black currant. A touch of Norwegian sea salt rounds out this limited edition beer."
