"We put a bit of a spin on this collab with our friends from Tampa's Cigar City Brewing. Highlighting Michigan grown Chinook (pineapple!) in the whirlpool and a massive amount of Cashmere (orange! tropical fruit!) in the dry hop, War Sombrero was fermented with a Kveik yeast to boost the orange & fruit notes. Creamy mouthfeel and a fruity finish round this one out."
