This beer is inspired by our heroes in west coast IPA brewing. Made with only pale ale malt and just a touch of caramel malt and the original west coast yeast. Featuring what is most likely the most complicated kettle hop addition schedule we have ever made, we used Columbus, Chinook, Centennial and Simcoe. We used the same hops in the kettle as we did for the dry-hop, with the exception of adding a touch of Simcoe Cryo in the dry-hop. Assertively bitter, with wonderful aromas of pine, candied orange peel and tropical fruits.
