"Inspired by trying the OG versions from the West Coast, we thought we’d give a Cold IPA a go with good friends at Seagrove Public in Copenhagen. A lean malt bill inc 30% rice and fermented warm with a German lager strain, we added Cascade, Columbus cryo and brand-new hop varietal Zumo from Segal Ranch USA. It’s dry, crisp and full of tangy grapefruit, orange zest and pine with a clean bitterness. A perfect summer thirst quencher."
