is a Pale Wit brewed in collaboration with the true
microbial masters.
We use a blend of Belgian Haze & Saturated yeast to give a * ZIPPY, clean, witty character and a full fruity finish. To complement this, we selected the 2022 crop of Chinook, known for its big grapefruit aromas. We are getting heaps of spice, citrus and aromatic notes.
