UK Cascade is in collaboration with London’s finest, Five Points, where we drew on their experience for our very first green hop showcase, grown at Hukins Hops in Kent. We used a mixture of heritage grains Chevallier and Maris Otter, and the fresh hops were picked and added to our whirlpool within 3 hours.
