White: Sauvignon Blanc - Bordeaux (FR) - A clean and refreshing style of wine with tropical fruit, minerality and a lovely acidity. We used two yeast strains from South Africa and Australia during the fermentation and it aged in stainless steel for 5 months before bottling. Not a funkster nor divisive. A real people pleaser!
