This brown ale is our attempt at just that tonic. We wanted to distill our favourite comforting moments into a rich and delicious beer; Lay Down My Bones is just that. A super classic American Brown Ale, hopped with Willamette and Amarillo on top of a lovely malt base: it's full of rich malt character, a little dried fruit, chocolate and caramel, and a touch of fresh fruit too. Like a scarf for your insides."
