"It's always a pleasure for us to brew a beer with Ramon and the crew at Soma. They make fantastic beers and we are both devoted to making super hoppy styles so it just works! This super pale DIPA was brewed up with four high impact American hops. Citra, Ekuanot, Simcoe and Mosaic in various formats. This is loaded with notes of ripe mango, grapefruit and lime zest and peach rings. With the oat quantity ramped up high and the bitterness mellow, this is a real juice bomb of a DIPA."
