From Dundee with love. Holy Goat are easily our favourite domestic producer of mixed fermentation and barrel aged beers. Founder Johnny set up the infamous Vault City Brewing but now focuses on brewing beer that's complex and time consuming but is always worth the wait!

"Mixed Fermentation Golden Sour with Mango Brewed with locally grown barley, wheat and rolled oats and primary fermented with our mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers. We fermented this beer for three months before refermenting and conditioning on 200g/l of Indian Alfonso Mangoes."
