Originating in Leeds is the innovative North Brewing Co. Fruited Sours are one of our most popular styles here at Ghost Whale, and North's 'Triple Fruited Gose' series is partly to thank for the explosion of that style in the UK. They were one of the first British breweries to explore that style, and have since produced dozens of iterations of this instant classic. Outside of tartness, their IPAs and experimental 'Field Recording's' branch are always fun to keep an eye on.
