"A juicy and fresh NEIPA, full of fruity flavors and aromas of mandarins, grapefruit, and tropical fruits, smoothing delicate tones of mango with a touch of honey and spices. Māhutonga is loaded with the hop aromas of Moutere, Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy varieties. Despite its fuller body and longer finish, it appears soft and light, making it incredibly drinkable. It has minimal bitterness and a lower edge. The hop load of New Zealand and Australian hops is enhanced by liquid yeast from White Labs, accentuating its juicy character. The name was inspired by the origin of the hops we use, as Māhutonga is the Maori name for the Southern Cross, a constellation in the southern sky."
