Wildflower take their name from the local fauna where their house yeast culture was sourced.

Description

A balanced six barrel blend with good oak elements... spicy and creamy, very vinous. Toasty, mandarin marmalade and honeyed aromas. The palate is very savoury, vinous and textured. Delicious blend with oaky overtones and Portuguese custard undertones to finish.
