Zichovec - Czechia

Possibly the Czech Republic's most prolific craft brewery, Zichovec first filled a barrel in 2015 and since then has grown to produce a comprehensive range of beer that celebrates both innovation and the tradition of Czech brewing. From classic Pilsners to Pastry Sours and Stouts with plenty of Pale Ales and IPAs thrown in for good measure, you'll find something you love from Zichovec. Past collaborations with the likes of Omnipollo and Northern Monk serve as endorsements to the quality of their beer.

"We've been planning this for a long time. The biggest weakness of pastry sours? Sugar. A lot of sugar. So we made one without. We fermented the beer down to zero with the fruit and put stevia instead of sugar. The combination of mango, rhubarb and vanilla, along with the stevia, will ensure adequate body and flavour."
