Bianca' is arguably the most ridiclous of Omnipollo's ranges. A cram-as-much-as-possible-in approach results in absolutely massive flavours, super rich/sweet beer that really does beg the question 'is it even beer any more?'. This collaboration is with an American brewery who are known almost exclusively for their indulgent smoothie sours - Smooj. It's a Pińa Colada inspired version of this bonkers range of Gose sour beers.
