Dealer’s Choice is a new project where the team grab the recipe book and go freestyle on a set of small batch brews. The first release in this series is Bolo’s Cold IPA. Clean, crisp and hoppy, a Cold IPA is fermented using lager yeast at warmer temperatures than a lager. For hops we’ve gone with Cashmere for citrus and tropical notes, plus Cascade in the whirlpool for more zesty notes and some smooth bitterness."
