"Our first collaboration with the legends at Rooster's takes inspiration from our mutual friends in California, as we're teaming up on a West Coast Pils. Although a modern style, it fits nicely with what we love about Rooster's hop forward, drinkable balanced beers. It's crisp, clean and snappy, with resinous hop character and fruit filled aromas.
