"Into the Clouds is a Burnt Mill classic DDH New England Pale. This beer is loaded with oats, dextrin malts and a touch of caramel aromatic for a soft base. Whirlpooled with Talus for tropical fruits and berry notes to carry through to the dry hop, where we then added Citra, Talus and HBC 630 for a delicious melody of ripe tropical and citrus fruits."
