Alvinne

Alvinne, of Belgium, are the kings of maturing sours and ales in unique wine barrels, lending complex and beautiful flavours to already superb beers. They also have a house yeast (excellently named Morpheus) they’ve been carefully cultivating since 2008, giving their beers that distinctive Alvinne touch.
