A bit about Boerenerf

Founded in 2020, Boerenerf (the Dutch for farmstead) is based on an organic farm just outside of Brussels in Belgium where they age and blend Lambic beers from a number of local (legendary) breweries. They'll often use fresh fruit from the farm to produce deeply complex and flavourful beer.
