Burnt Mill set themselves up on a Suffolk farm in 2017 and have been soaring high since. While they brew all styles, their best known for their well-balanced 'fog' - that's hazy to you and I - pales and cripsy clean west coast IPAs. Better yet, all their beers are vegan, and a good majority are now gluten-free!

"In the Trees, our Brewer's Choice beer by Jon Peachey, is inspired by the folk horror writings of M R James. This brew reflects a stroll through an East Anglian pinewood, a good trudge along a coastal spit of Suffolk shingle or an amble down a leaf strewn, high hedged lane. Jon has chosen Chinook and Idaho 7 hops for this haunting twist of a classic West Coast base, best consumed in a wingback armchair by a roaring fire."
