ELM ELEVEN

Part of a Swedish brewing collective responsible for an astonishing selection of Imperial Stouts (Nerd Brewing), IPAs (Chad Beer), Elm Eleven is Sour beer avenue for experimentation. The exclusively produce heavily fruited and beautifully balanced Sour beers, often with a hit of vanilla for added sweetness. These sit neatly between light and spritzy Sours and ultra decadent 'pastry' Sours. They're simply amazing.
