It's no secret that we love West Coast IPAs. Galaxy is one of the most in demand hops in the world. As it's only grown in small amounts and only in Australia it can be incredibly tricky to get. When the chance came up to use the clean spectrum liquid version of the hop we knew what style was calling. We chose to make the ultimate West Coast DIPA as it's a style we think will really showcase the hops and aromas in the best possible way. This is not your grand dads West Coast DIPA, Enjoy!
