Glaswegian brewing project Simple Things Fermentations first made their debut here at Ghost Whale four years into their journey, in 2023, and instantly captivated us with their willingness to champion and resurrect underrepresented beer styles. Since then, we've seen Rotbiers (red Lagers), Maibocks, Belgian Christmas Ales, Scottish Exports, and many more styles produced by them, that you simply can't find many other breweries willing to attempt. A properly experimental brewery, these Scots are anything but simple.
