Getting into craft beer is like a journey. You start by getting bored of the popular light lagers and go in pursuit of more interesting flavours. Track started in a similar way when in 2008 Sam took a long two-year trip over 5 continents and visited all sorts of breweries and taprooms that inspired him to do the same. Now based in Manchester, Track is one of UK's most prominent breweries known for their lush and juicy IPAs very heavily inspired by the American styles.

"Our third collaboration with the Manchester Hop Project this autumn (and fourth Green Hop beer of the harvest season) marries roasty, toasty maltiness with the multidimensionality of locally grown, fresh hops. A blend of varieties brings warming noble spice, sweet dandelion and a touch of lavender, sitting on a robust malt base that hints at kola nut and freshly brewed coffee."
