After honing his craft for many, many years at Estonian titans of industry Põhjala, Scottish brewer Chris Pilkington and his wife Kristina remained in Tallinn but broke away to open Tuletorn Brewing. This family-owned, small-batch brewery has made waves in their first couple of years in operation, and we've thoroughly enjoyed everything we've been able to source from them - everything from punchy, hop bomb IPAs to some incredibly wacky Sours.
