Balance Brewing & Blending - Jam 2023 - 6% (375ml)

Jam is a blend of two barrels from March and July 2022, fermented with Saison yeast, lactobacillus and Brettanomyces and aged for four months on carbonically macerated British damsons. Bright, refreshing cranberry like acidity leads into jammy hedgerow berries. There’s texture and a great body to this beer with a lot of tannin from fruit and wood. The funk is subtle while the beer is still young and marzipan, ripe plum and vanilla character fill the palate. The finish lingers with damson skin and satisfying woody notes.
