Owned and operated by one-man-band Jack Baron, who hit the ground running in 2021, after setting up a lovely little brewhouse on his family farm in Buntingford. He rapidly became a favourite of staff and customers alike here at Ghost Whale, primarily known for brewing highly hopped Ales of varying strengths, but cranks out crisp Lagers, and warming dark beers on occasion as well.

Description
"Our first barrel aged Imperial Stout, brewed in collaboration with Bereta Brewing Co. from Romania. Two mashes, the second a reiterated mash from the first wort. Barrel aged for a year, half in ex-bourbon barrels and half in ex-UK-Rum barrels. Resulting in the thickest and most decadent beer we’ve ever made."

Baron Brewing is a craft brewery from Hertfordshire in the UK. They focus on producing modern brewing styles, particularly highly hopped ales and fresh lagers in beautiful cans which Ghost Whale first stocked in January 2022.
