Ghost Whale's owner Stuart is often asked to name his favourie brewery. It's a difficult one to answer but the name that he keeps returning to is Jester King. Based on a farm outside of Austin, Texas, Jester King make an amazing array of Farmhouse and barrel aged Wild Ales that have been gracing Ghost Whale's fridges since day one. If you like beer with a complex depth of flavour, perfect use of fruit and showstopping quality, look no further.

Description

The mighty Jester King release their wonderful Lambic style spontaneously fermented beer 'Spon' just once a year and for the second year running, Ghost Whale is proud to be launching it in the UK.

On Friday 21st February our Putney store we will be pouring four kegs of Jester King beers including this years release of 'Spon' with a limited number of bottles also available. This beer is almost exclusively poured at Jester King's taproom in Austin with a tiny number of kegs ever making it out of the brewery so we're blessed to be able to share this beer with you.

This tap takeover event starts from midday on Friday 21st February at our Putney store. Buying a ticket here guarantees you 1/3 pint serving of each beer at a discounted bundle price. We have a limited number of 375ml bottles of this year's 'Spon' beer also available to be purchased in advance. Simply select the 'Draft + Bottle Bundle' option to guarantee your bottle.
