The five meads in the series were made with honey and water only, following the exact same recipe and process. The single difference between each of them is the origin of the nectar collected by the bees, demonstrating how the terroir of honey affects the flavor of the mead. The dandelion blossom honey takes you on an extremely unique and complex journey of flavors, lending long-lingering notes of bright spring flowers and blue cheese to the mead, before ending firmly with a slightly drying finish.
