Gloucestershire's Mills Brewing rapidly gained notoriety in the late 2010's for making the best mixed-fermentation Wild Ales in the UK. Their beer would sell out immediately as their ratings and reputation skyrocketed but luckily, Ghost Whale has been with Mills since their inception and we are fortunate enough to be able to stock some of their amazing beer for you to enjoy.

Description
"Pils is brewed in the winter and fermented with lager yeast in our coolship at ambient temperatures. The wort is made from barley, oats, and European hops. Lagering takes place in large oak casks through the winter with wild yeast and bacteria. Finally, the beer is dry-hopped with whole-leaf hops and bottle conditioned for several months before release."
