"We've loved all the hops we've used so far from Crosby Hops so we decided to feature a pale ale with their Strata T90, Strata CGX and Azacca T90 to create a pale ale that punches more like an IPA. A new yeast strain was utilised providing big peach esters and a beautiful milky haze. We're getting blood orange, juicy nectarine, grapefruit zest and pineapple chunks."
