Unity - Conflux is our interpretation of the modern American pale ale, a juicy and citrusy beer with a soft mouthfeel. We only add hops right at the end of the process – a blend of German Hallertau Blanc and Ekuanot from the US – keeping bitterness low while infusing as much flavour and aroma as possible.
