Alan and Alex started the Whiplash project back in 2016, the year when we also opened our doors for the first time. They quickly grew to become one of the most successful Irish breweries, winning multiple awards and gaining an international recognition. Knowing this, how could we not include them in our offer?

Description

Sour beer: "Alfonso Mango and Lime. ⠀ Whirlpool hopped with El Dorado to really ramp up the fruity character before fermenting on some extra fruity and estery ale yeast and adding lots and lots of organic Mango and Lime fruit pureé."

Whiplash is a craft brewery from Dublin in Ireland. Whiplash began as a gypsy brewery with two friends working alongside their full-time jobs and quickly saw great demand for their beers across Ireland and beyond. Thankfully they know have their own brewery and we can get hold of them slightly more often!
