Zichovec - Czechia

Possibly the Czech Republic's most prolific craft brewery, Zichovec first filled a barrel in 2015 and since then has grown to produce a comprehensive range of beer that celebrates both innovation and the tradition of Czech brewing. From classic Pilsners to Pastry Sours and Stouts with plenty of Pale Ales and IPAs thrown in for good measure, you'll find something you love from Zichovec. Past collaborations with the likes of Omnipollo and Northern Monk serve as endorsements to the quality of their beer.

Description
"With Foggy Morning, we experimented with adding more cryo processed Cryo Pop hop blend to the whirlpool. This creates a higher complexity of hop flavors due to biotransformation during the initial part of the fermentation. In the tank, we then dry-hopped with a trio of aromatic hops Citra Cryo, Strata and Galaxy to Cryo Pop, which with their different properties should provide a really diverse taste, that we believe will be different from our classic interpretations of this style."
