Crossover started in 2018 by aging golden ales in French oak barrels, allowing spontaneous fermentation to do its magic, and sourcing local (to rural Hertfordshire, where they have a charming little taproom in the warmer months) ingredients to blend in. The results are incredibly lush, complex and vibrant beers that entices the palate.
