Oud Beersel

Started in 1882, Oud Beersel is one of the few remaining authentic Lambic breweries in the world. Based just outside of Brussels, their beer matures for years in barrels before being blended and sometimes conditioned on fruit. These are exceptional spontaneously fermented beers with a super complex depth of flavour to be savoured.
