Elm Eleven - Sweden

Starting life as an exclusively Sour beer focused brewery, Elm Eleven branched out in 2024 to explore the world of hoppy beers and Stouts. But don't expect anything to be straightforward from these Swedish wizards. Their Sours are simply stunning - crammed with fruit, thick and with a balanced sweetness that's to die for - and their Stouts... well, you just have to try them. This lot are not afraid of pushing boundaries, a beer made with coconut cream isn't a surprising sight here!

Description

With a long track record for world class, ultra indulgent Sours, Sweden's Elmeleven started to explore the world of Stouts, but in a way only they can. Dubbed 'Melt' Stouts, their dark beer offerings are at the extreme end of what could be called a beer, using coconut cream to produce a liquid(?) that better resembles a thick Spanish hot chocolate.

Elmeleven don't do things by halves and we couldn't be happier to welcome them to Ghost Whale Brixton for a Meet The Brewer event on Wednesday 27th August.

We'll be pouring a showcase of four beers with Chad and Anders here to talk about the brewery, the beers and how they came up with the boundary pushing concept.

This is a ticketed, formal Meet The Brewer event where you'll receive 1/3 pint pours of each of the four Elmeleven beers.
