Brace yourself for a monster tasting event! On Tuesday 2nd December, our long time friends at Unbarred will be descending on Ghost Whale in Brixton to share an unholy set of Imperial Stouts!

Founder Jordan and the team will be here to celebrate the launch of this year's iconic 'Stoutzilla' Imperial Stout. They've decanted some special barrels of beer into an extremely limited number of bottles which will be opened and shared in this dark evening of decadence.

THE BEERS

// 'Stoutzilla' - The original, silky smooth Imperial Stout infused with cacao, vanilla, coffee and bourbon.

// 'Bourbon BA Stoutzilla' - Upping the rich, sweet bourbon character of 'Stoutzilla' with the better part of a year in bourbon barrels.

// 'Rum BA Stoutzilla' - A very limited amount of 'Stoutzilla' found its way into rum barrels. This is a rare treat!

// 'Rum BA King Conka' - An rich, oily thick Imperial Stout that spent weeks conditioning on mountains of coconut & tonka beans then went into a rum barrel to rest for months before finding its way to our store.

// Welcome Drink - With all that dark goodness, you'll need something light and refreshing so we're welcoming you in with a glass of exactly that.

THE FOOD

Yes that's right, food. Mr Unbarred - Jordan - has been obcessed with pairing 'Stoutzilla' with cheese and for one night only, he's taking that to an extreme with what is being dubbed 'Stiltzilla'. This unique blue cheese will be served with crackers/snacks to nibble on during the event.
